I hired Patty to list and sell my father's condo unit located in Creve Coeur. The condo was in good condition in a prime location but was being sold as is. Patty was very helpful in advising us and recommending painting and carpet cleaning to freshen up the condo but knew that no further repairs would be contemplated. Once listed, numerous showings were had, and the condo was sold in quick fashion for a fair price as is. Patty kept in close contact with us in minor negotiations with the buyer and made sure we had all docs for closing.
